G-Portal Rust Console Setup
Connect Thanatos to a Rust Console Edition server hosted on G-Portal. Enable RCON and the bot handles the rest — kill feeds, raid alerts, economy and events, all from Discord.
1. Enable RCON on your G-Portal server
- 1Log in to your G-Portal web interface and select your Rust Console Edition server.
- 2Open the server settings and find the RCON section.
- 3Enable RCON and set a secure RCON password.
- 4Note your server IP address, the RCON port, and the password — you will need all three.
- 5Save the settings and restart your server so the changes take effect.
2. Connect Thanatos to your server
- 1Invite Thanatos to your Discord server and complete the guided setup.
- 2Open the admin dashboard in Discord and select RCON configuration.
- 3Enter the IP address, port, and RCON password you noted earlier.
- 4The bot verifies the connection and confirms once it is live.
